The tools are adaptations of existing exercises developed by, among others, Henk Procee, Fred Korthagen, Jeroen Hendriksen, David Cooperrider, Victor van den Bersselaar and Huib Schwab, who in turn based their exercises on other sources. The research group Reflection on action has adapted the structure and plan of these exercises to suit higher professional education. Each tool description includes sources and links.
