What steps do you take in Virtue Reflection?
Handout Plan for Virtue Reflection (pdf-file)
Virtue Reflection is a narrative reflection form, where the reflector tells a story about himself or herself on the basis of a virtue proposed by the facilitator or the participants. Virtues are traits which are a consistent part of a person's character. Not every trait is a virtue: a virtue is the right balance between two extremes. The right balance is not fixed. This reflection exercise is about finding out what that correct balance is. Virtue Reflection is an ethical version of Point Reflection. Virtue Reflection can be done with two people or in small groups.
