Virtue reflection is a narrative technique for gaining insight into the ethical principles underlying one's own behaviour. Retelling a story from the perspective of a virtue makes one's own role explicit. Focussing on virtues emphasises the positive aims which people try to reach.

This reflection tool can be used in the following situations
One to one.
In small groups of 4 - 8 participants.
The reflection session takes 1 - 2 hours.
