The chosen quality norms are made operational.
The aim is explicitly to learn and not only to judge quality.

The aim of Line Reflection is to learn to think in an original and creative manner about the quality of your profession, product or assignment in order to improve its quality.
This reflection tool can be used in the following situations
The reflection group has minimum 2 and maximum 20 participants.
The reflection session lasts from 50 - 60 minutes.
