As facilitator of a reflection session you need to make the following preparations
Think about a theme in advance.
Anticipate the theories which could be useful.
During the reflection session, as facilitator you
Combine the roles of trainer and coach.
As a trainer you support the participants - you are a teacher, you inspire and organise.
As a coach you bring out the participants' potential qualities, so that they achieve as much as they can - you ask questions, you do not interpret or judge but ask further questions.
