Success Reflection is based on a model developed by Fred Korthagen, Ko Melief and Anke Tigchelaar, and on David Cooperrider's Appreciative Inquiry method.

This reflection tool can be used in the following situations
The reflection group has minimum 8 and maximum 20 participants.
The reflection can take place in one session but also be spread over more sessions, with for example extra assignments and activities in each phase.
Participants work in the professional field; they are on a work placement or following a part-time programme alongside their job.
