Brainstorm Reflection provides new approaches through ordering free associations and looking for underlying questions. Participants can launch ideas freely, without immediately having to ask whether they are feasible, and so arrive at a creative approach.
The aim of Brainstorm Reflection is for
The reflector to encounter new perspectives on their experience.
Other participants to learn to apply their knowledge, experience and analytic abilities to clarify a problem or positive experience.
This reflection tool can be used in the following situations
The reflection group has minimum 8 and maximum 20 participants.
The reflection session lasts from one to one-and-a-half hours.
The participants have a shared frame of reference, they work together, they are on a work placement or following a part-time programme alongside their job.
There is an actual situation (from professional practice), in which the contributor is involved at both a practical and emotional level.
